We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Manager to join the sales team of a stable and reliable product company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building communication with the target audience to increase sales of our product, TMetric.

TMetric is a comprehensive time tracking service designed for companies, agencies, individual consultants, and freelancers. It is an essential tool for anyone monetizing their time, enabling them to maintain precise and user-friendly time records for efficient client invoicing. The service encompasses a web application, browser extensions, a versatile cross-platform desktop client, and mobile apps, ensuring accessibility and convenience across various devices.
Responsibilities
— Establish an effective communication process with potential clients at all stages
— Perform product demos and engage in phone calls with prospective leads
— Ensure timely and high-quality handling of inquiries from potential clients
— Facilitate the onboarding process for medium and large clients
— Monitor and proactively communicate with users who have opted out of auto-renewal
— Organize and launch upsell and cross-sell campaigns
— Conduct interviews with key clients to gather feedback on the product
— Conduct exit interviews with departing clients
— Actively engage with existing clients, encouraging and motivating them to share their positive experiences by posting reviews on relevant platforms
Requirements
— 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
— 1+ year of experience in selling IT products
— Experience in delivering demos to English-speaking clients for SAAS products
— Deep understanding of the sales process coupled with a strong customer-centric approach
— Proficiency in writing professional business emails
— Strong command of English at the B2-C1 level
— Excellent teamwork skills and a quick learning ability
Would be a plus
— Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
