  • Retrieve data for sales and marketing teams on demand
  • Convert data to different formats for analysis
  • Perform data cleansing and deduplication
  • Aggregate data from different sources
  • Analyze key marketing and sales performance indicators, search for insights and present them to stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly project reports for Revenue Team meetings
  • Develop marketing analytics, including end-to-end analytics, the effectiveness of acquisition channels, and content performance
  • Formulate and test hypotheses to improve business performance
  • Optimize the existing processes and reports
  • Create dashboards in Power BI
  • Optimize the existing dashboards

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics
  • Strong marketing background
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent command of analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, and similar tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (experience working with Zoho is a good advantage)
  • Excellent skills in working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data
  • Deep understanding of the data modeling concept and business process visualization
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and the ways different acquisition channels work (with a special focus on PPC)
  • Good knowledge of the key factors and concepts of conversion, abilities to measure key indicators and understand their purpose

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Python or R
  • Hands-on experience with user behavior analytics tools (User Journey Mapping, focus groups, surveys, A/B tests, research)
