Devart marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to enhance and deliver high-quality content for website and blog, manage and develop content team, develop and improve processes.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a content marketing manager;
— 2+ years of experience in content writing;
— Proven experience in the IT sector (technical and/or SEO background);
— Upper-intermediate level of English or higher;
— People management experience;
— Understanding the basic principles of promotion in social media (Fb, Instagram, YouTube, instant messengers);
— Experience in maintaining brand content plan on a large number of external resources;
— Ability to gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources;
— Understand the principles of cross-cultural communication in English-speaking countries and Western Europe;
— Experience with Jira and Confluence;
— Active listening and giving feedback skills.
Responsibilities:
— Manage content development processes;
— Content editing and proofreading;
— Manage content team and build relations with freelance copywriters;
— Create editing guidelines;
— Working with the site admin panel, SEO texts;
— Coordination and collaboration with Product Management, Sales, User Acquisition, PR, SEO, Link Building;
— Manage and improve content creation processes;
— Validate articles and whitepapers written by third-party authors;
— Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content plan fulfillment;
— Control KPIs and overall team performance.
