Devart is looking for a systematic, flexible and communicative HR People Partner to work with our product teams.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of work as HR manager, HR People Partner;
— Skills of planning and implementation of the full ELC cycle;
— High communication skills;
— Conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
— Prioritization and time management skills;
— Skills of working with information, ability to analyze and draw conclusions;
— Experience in managing HR projects (independently or under supervision);
— Experience in conducting HR research;
— Professional motivation and passion for one’s work;
— Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, sense of humor.
Will be a plus:
— Certification;
— Coaching/facilitation skills;
— Work experience in IT sphere.
Responsibilities:
— Support of all processes within the Employee life cycle;
— Conducting regular 1:1 with specialists of established teams;
— Participation in the development of HR procedures and policies of the company;
— Conducting surveys, focus groups, HR studies with further analysis and providing recommendations;
— Execution of tasks within the OKR methodology;
— Management of HR projects;
— Help in solving individual requests from specialists and managers;
— Assistance in the development of individual development plans, job profiles;
— Monitoring and managing the motivation of specialists;
— Participation in solving problems and conflicts.
