About the product

The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Today, we already have millions of users and are very ambitious in regard to development and reaching markets both in Ukraine and abroad. We provide our users with web and mobile versions of the product on a basis of heavy backend combined with a neat UI/UX. Moreover, we have business operations, marketing, and customer support departments of our own. Finally, we provide development models as our own product and SaaS for external markets.

Responsibilities

• Describe the current processes of working with the product
• Systematize and structure product documentation
• Describe the existing and new product features
• Write press releases
• Investigate technical issues necessary for content creation
• Research new product features necessary for content creation without the help of technical specialists
• Work with the bug tracking system according to the team’s standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Advanced level of English
• Ability to write, edit, and correct different types of texts
• Understand the principles of cross-cultural communication in English-speaking countries, Europe, and Ukraine
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and transform it into a whole
• Working knowledge of stylistic standards for describing software functionality and UI
• Good inquiry skills to gather information about the current working processes
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and giving feedback skills
• Experience with business process description notations (BPMN, IDEF, and others)
• Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, and Confluence

Nice to have

• Degree in English Philology
• Good pronunciation and fluent English
• Experience as a Business or System Analyst
