Main responsibilities:

• Manage translation orders in line with customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Organize, oversee, and monitor workflows and project timelines.
• Track key Service Delivery KPIs, including deadlines, productivity and customer complaints.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Main requirements:

• English level B2 and above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, including handling complaints will be a plus.
