This position is for the first HR in the new office, who will have an opportunity to integrate and develop all HR-related processes and grow a new team.
• Integrate and support HR-related processes (adaptation, performance review, termination of agreements, etc.)
• Set up Office Management related processes (work with vendors, service- etc.)
• Implement and support new initiatives related to HRManagement
• Manage social benefits
• Assistance in private entrepreneurship related questions.
