On this position, you’ll have an opportunity to study all the details and basics of the recruitment processes in stable IT-company, meet with in-house recruiting and get lots of interesting and versatile experience. Qualifications and experience:
- Basic knowledge of technologies and roles in IT sphere
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of different searching tools
- Proficiency with Google docs
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, quickly switch between tasks, and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of a recruitment full-cycle process and experience in recruiting activities
- Solid communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Research on candidates upon request and organize candidates’ long lists
- Work with the existing database of candidates, perform reports and documentation tasks
- Help recruiters with hiring technical and non-tecnical specialists
- Updating, creation and support of internal Recruiting databases
