We invite a proactive Business Analyst to join our team of 10+ professionals based in US who have been working on creating a universal Layer2 Blockchain solution. It’s a high performance blockchain for DeFi, integrating blockchains, protocols, oracles, and applications that shifts the paradigm for how blockchains manage data, tokens, and users. You’ll take part in planning and future application development efforts on the protocol. What’s in it for you:

• Develop Value propositions for ecosystem applications, define and document requirements, growing as a specialist
• Work closely with Product Manager and C-level team with the chance to share your ideas and influence processes
• Work in a small team without unnecessary bureaucracy

Qualifications and experience:

• 4+ years of work experience as a BA/Product Manager
• Experience in creating product/feature roadmap
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words
• Good practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with bug tracking, collaboration and modeling tools
• Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations
• Expertise in fintech, DeFi and blockchain (or the goal to become an expert in one)
• Technical background: understanding of SDLC, Git flow, infrastructure, data storage, and API communication principles

Key responsibilities:

• Become the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
• Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements; present requirements to the team
• Assist stakeholders in priorities management for the features; engage changes requested by them
• Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)
• Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes, assist designers in designing UI and UX
• The practical skills of diagram (business process map, data flow, data model, state diagram) creation is needed
