We invite a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our PR team and help us engage the audience through social media, career sites, and recruiting activities. As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will focus on company brand promotion and external community development, helping our PR team to engage talented people in communication with the company. Qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Proven experience in creating successful recruiting promotional campaigns
- Experience with Facebook Ads manager
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, organize it and create PowerPoint presentations
- Very strong written (English, Russian, Ukranian) and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style, and tone of the company
- Solid understanding of the IT market and its audience portrait
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have:
- Google Analytics knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience in creating high-quality content, articles, blog posts, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate various employee branding activities
- Set up targeted advertising campaigns and promote recruiting initiatives
- Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and testimonials
- Develop personal brands of Dev.Pro specialists
- Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities)
- Host and participate in job fairs and other career events
