We invite a Junior Training Specialist to complement our Training Team! We organize various programs related to internal and public education, both technical and non-technical trainings, Tech Talks, mentorship programs, speaking clubs, educational flows and all other activities that help our specialists grow and achieve new professional level. You’ll be the person who’ll help them take new step on their career ladder. What’s in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• Intermediate+ English skills
• Motivation and desire to develop in IT
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Google Calendar and Google Sheets
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience in organizing events

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing various internal and external training events and activities (up to 30 people)
• Perform research and fill out reports
• Search for potential speakers/trainers
• Hold negotiations with vendors, contractors, and management to meet organizational objectives and participant expectations
• Solve all organizational issues and support all related activities
