We invite a talented Recruiter to join our Dev.Pro Talent team — a recruitment boutique that helps tech companies in the USA bring new, highly skilled talent on board. We are looking to enhance our existing 15-strong team with specialists who enjoy recruiting for the IT sphere, are well-versed in technology, and are looking to develop international recruitment skills in a remote environment. Qualifications and experience:

• 1+ years’ hands-on experience as an international IT recruiter
• Upper-intermediate English or above, solid communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the software development domain
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools (with emphasis on candidate searches)
• Constant personal and professional improvement, being a quick learner
• Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, with excellent self-motivation
• Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, quickly switch between tasks, and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Participation in foreign exchange programs and training (FLEX/FSA, Work & Travel or similar)
• Communication with native speakers or in a foreign environment, experience in business correspondence
