Intermediate Test Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Test Engineer in Kharkiv to join our team and work with an enterprise-level client who partners with world-leading brands in the Quick Restaurant industry and has over 70,000 installations all over the world (Europe, the USA). You’ll perform manual testing of TVs and media players, ensuing those technologies are stable and ready for use. What is there for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in testing
• Solid knowledge of client server and web-based application structure
• Moderate knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
• Solid knowledge of Linux OS, SSH and shell scripting experience
• Experience with UI testing
• Solid theoretical knowledge of testing levels, types, and design techniques
• Intermediate+ English

Nice to have:

• Experience with testing on mobile platforms
• Experience in REST API testing
• Higher Technical Education (Specialist in Information Technologies or Physics or Mathematics etc.)

Key responsibilities:

• Perform various testing types to confirm product compliance with requirements
• Ensure product quality and delivery with the team of developers
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the US, Ukraine, and Hungary
• Work closely with the team on defining, estimating, and delivering scope in time
• Perform UI and functional testing, review requirements
• Proactively obtain and clarify requirements
