We’re looking for an organized, team-oriented Delivery Manager with a strong desire to empower less experienced project managers, improve the delivery and build data-driven processes. You will play a crucial role in delivering business solutions for one the largest projects in the company — a cloud platform that provides complex solutions for well-known restaurant business, working on a large project (190+ people). Qualifications and experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in a Program/ Project/ Delivery Manager role, leading several projects at the same time or large scale projects (more than 50 FTEs)
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC and various methodologies (SAFe, DAD, Waterfall)
• Expertise in project management to ruthlessly prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations and ensure all key objectives and timelines are met
• Ambition and drive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Great skills as a team player (team hiring and building, negotiations, facilitating group cooperation, mentoring new leaders) and willingness to assist
• History of improving and presenting new processes, methodologies, programs or frameworks that increase the team performance
• Skill in transforming the customer’s vision into actual results within the product, confidence to drive technical decisions
• Proven experience in balancing multiple priorities and dealing with uncertainty
Nice to have:
• PMP certification
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with both the delivery and operation teams within the company, reporting to the Delivery Director and CTO.
• Work closely with the clients to understand their business needs, mapping them against
Dev.Pro’s technical capabilities, and build motivated and effective teams
• Communicate with the clients regarding deliverables: estimates, timelines, the quality and managing client expectations and client satisfaction
• Closely interact with internal/ external stakeholders — development teams, analysts, quality assurance engineers, and PMs
• Budget planning, forecasting and execution
• Process tailoring and facilitation
• People management in terms of morale and talent growth and resource management (hiring/ dismissing/ changing the team structure)
• Managing/ mentoring PMs
