Qualifications and experience:
• 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT recruiter
• Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
• Ability to apply new knowledge in work, quickly switch between tasks, and easily adapt to change
• Desire to discover new technology that can speed up work processes and improve its quality
Nice to have:
• Experience in setting up recruitment processes from scratch
• Deep recruitment experience in Github, Stackoverflow search, etc
• Experience with different recruitment process automation tools and ATS
Key responsibilities:
• Manage
3-5 recruitment vacancies simultaneously as full-cycle process;
• To collaborate and consult with the businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective the position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity;
• To coordinate interviews, handling the schedule;
• To use traditional as well as experimental methods to find the best candidates for open roles;
• To improve recruitment processes;
• To represent Dev-Pro at various conferences and other external events;
• To promote corporate vision and culture and encourage the overall morale of all our contractors;
• To maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system;
