• 2+ years’ experience in a BA position
• Advanced English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of interaction design
• Understanding of Agile frameworks
• Understanding of prioritization techniques
• Ability to develop and articulate written requirements and feature documentation
• Ability to effectively maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, features and defects
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories)

The BA’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Act as the main point of communication with product owner and delivery team in terms of feedback, requirements and functionality
• Understand and work on users needs and pain points through feedback, product metrics, interview insights, UX studies
• Be responsible for framing the problem and making sure the solution solves the problem
• Effectively translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Identify requirement gaps needed for upcoming features
• Prioritize backlog items
• Collaborate with the product designer to create designs for upcoming functionality
• Conduct feature acceptance testing and support feature release

SalesLoft is the sales engagement platform that helps to build stronger relationships, provide better insight into customer needs and generate more revenue. It provides sales teams with enhanced capabilities for communication while also integrating email tracking, sales calls, meeting intelligence, and workflow automation tools in a single platform.

Our team works on various projects within this product: calendaring integrations, content snippets, mobile application, internal administration tool, Outlook, and Gmail extensions. This position opens a new product surface for our team — SalesLoft labs. You’ll be responsible for building new tools that enable customer success managers to enhance client workflows by automating their business processes.

We’re focused on fast, high-quality deliverables as we have to deal with thousands of real customers. The product is moving forward with the microservices approach and continuous delivery strategy. React is the company’s choice for the frontend, while our backend is powered by Ruby and Elixir.
