Dev-Pro Talent is a recruitment boutique that helps tech companies in the USA bring new, highly skilled talent on board. Our focus is on quality over quantity, high standards of communication, and strong visibility. We provide our services remotely from Ukraine and operate under the Dev.Pro company umbrella.
We are looking to enhance our existing 15-strong team with specialists who enjoy recruiting for the IT sphere, are well-versed in technology, and are looking to develop international recruitment skills.
You will receive professional training in the full cycle of IT recruitment in the US including sourcing, reach-outs, pre-screen qualification calls, and candidate presentation. For the most talented specialists, there is the possibility to grow in the areas of group leadership and account management.
This is a full-time, home-based role with a flexible schedule (40 hours/week). All our team members are now working remotely.

Qualifications and experience:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter for the Ukrainian market
• Upper-intermediate English or above (communication with native speakers or in a foreign environment is a plus; experience in business correspondence is a plus)
• Deep understanding of the software development domain
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools (with emphasis on candidate searches)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Constant personal and professional improvement, being a quick learner
• Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, with excellent self-motivation
• Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience working within EU or US recruiting markets
• Participation in foreign exchange programs and training (FLEX/FSA, Work & Travel or similar) is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• You will undergo professional training and learn specifics of the US tech market recruiting cycle
• You will gradually move from the sourcing to the caller role by gaining practical experience from teammates and carrying out practical assignments
• You will gain experience working on positions of various complexity, geography, stack and even domain (where the emphasis is on technical software engineering roles)
• You will improve your written and verbal English communication skills through your day-to-day activities and through having access to a large pool of English-speaking candidates
