Senior HR Manager

• 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources management
• At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry
• Deep HR expertise
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible and varied communication approaches for different people
• Effective conflict resolution; ability to make objective recommendations, decisions and judgements
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to work mostly independently, proactively providing a manager with status updates
• Understanding of HR Analytics
• Deep experience with Google Docs
• Proactive ability to learn from mistakes
• Efficient multitasking
• Experience in holding 1-1 meetings
• Attention to detail, team-oriented, self-disciplined, open to sharing and receiving feedback
• Intermediate English

• Performing HR functions of varying complexity

• Running regular 1-1 meetings with team members
• Participation in performance review meetings
