Junior IT Specialist

• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware
• Experience with ticket tracking systems
• Experience in support work and user management
• Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows OS administration
• Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers)
• Knowledge of how to use command line tools and manuals
• Basic knowledge and working experience with network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.
• Experience in writing and troubleshooting basic scripts for process automation
• Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience with SaaS systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with Google services and Google Workspace
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian tools

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a part of our dynamic IT team, you’ll help enable office-based and remote contractors to maximize their productivity. You’ll work closely with contractors to troubleshoot technical issues, create efficient support processes, automate internal workflows, and manage Active Directory and user accounts.

• Fix system and application issues
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress; manage and coordinate internal IT resources
• Develop and implement support processes
• Create and maintain project documentation; assist with IT equipment sourcing
• Help with internal processes automation
• Provide support for SaaS platforms
• Manage Active Directory and user accounts
• Remotely administer contractor equipment
• Maintain smooth running of the office backup power generator and Starlink system
