We invite a Project Manager to play a crucial role in winning new projects, empowering our current accounts, and laying the groundwork for the sales to be successful. You will be involved in the full cycle of pre-sales activities, closely collaborating with both delivery and operation teams within the company.

✅ Is that you?

Most importantly:

• 3+ years’ commercial experience as a Project Manager in software development
• Strong theoretical background in project management
• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements
• Ability to communicate and productively collaborate with stakeholders in order to achieve success
• Hands-on experience in leading, motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging the team of engineers
• Problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level
• Ability to resolve and escalate scope and budget related issues promptly
• Strong will, stress resistance, quick learning skills, team player attitude
• Experience with Atlassian Software

Desirable:

• Hands-on experience with systems in production
• Experience in Fintech domain
• Experience with Blockchain technologies

🧩What will your role look like?

• Building and maintaining project(s) team structure from the scratch to meet successful project(s) goals and objectives
• Leading and directing project teams to deliver the project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Managing Client’s expectations and satisfaction, monitoring performance of project teams
• Facilitating project-related client communications at all levels
• Establishing consistent project management processes within the project(s) assigned
• Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising it as appropriate
• Implementing and using project metrics with the goal to reach and maintain the best performance
• Reporting project(s) health status to stakeholders
• Ensuring the quality of delivered services and solutions from a technology/architecture and functional/domain standpoint
• People management including motivation, coaching, professional growth and performance evaluations for project team members
