We invite a Business Analyst to join our team and work with Xenial — a industry leader in the Point-of-Sale domain with over 100,000 software installations. You’ll work on the reporting solution that provides a single point for all customer-facing reports, statistical data and exports. The platform aggregates data provided by the whole GlobalPayments product suite and allows the data to be analyzed at different levels.

✅ Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst position
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and tools such as Confluence, Jira
- Upper Intermediate English level, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
, outstanding sense of duty and business ethics
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words
- Decision making skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with API (Postman usage)
- Experience working with reporting tools and modeling tools (Balsamiq, UXPin, Axure, Visio, etc.)
- Familiarity with how POS systems operate

- Become the main point of communication for product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
- Work closely with both development and product teams

Act as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders for the team and assist the team by clarifying the clients’ requirements and presenting those requirements to the team
