We invite a Junior 24×7 EngOps to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of the project. Our client helps retailers to build a centralised, open and flexible retail payment platform that allows their customers to shop by whatever channel they choose, 24-hours-a-day. It also allows accepting transactions from any channel, within a secure payment environment.

✅ Qualifications and experience:

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
• Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure, Apache or NGNIX, IIS
• Ability to review and analyze information coming from monitoring and reporting tools (DataDog or similar)
• Experience with Firewall and troubleshooting processes
• Ability to remotely log into servers to retrieve logs and check event logs
• Accuracy in logging and documenting your own work
• Intermediate English level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence
• Experience with MongoDB and with user management tools (k8s, Docker)
• Understanding of principles of Cloud-based infrastructure
• Ability to follow workflow
• Objectivity and ability to analyze facts, logical thought processes in approaching issues

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution to Dev.Pro

This role offers rotational work in shifts of 8 hours (days/evenings/nights/ weekends) as a part of our 24/7 team, supporting servers and infrastructure based on AWS mostly for one of the largest QSR Networks in the US.

• Performance analysis of server and serverless applications and services
• Looking for ways to improve application performance
• Log analyzing
• Configuration of DataDog monitors, dashboards, data display configuration
