We invite a UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative team. Join a project in which an “innovative product” is not just loud words and help us develop a financial platform that uses blockchain to connect notarized data to digital tokens that aims to document and distribute financial instruments on a more standardized basis. You’ll get to participate in the development of both web and iOs apps with the chance to apply large spectrum of UI/UX solutions in one system. What’s in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• 1+ years’ working experience with web applications
• Hands-on experience with Sketch, InVision, and Figma
• Experience in atomic design, working with design systems and libraries
• Experience in full-cycle design and iteration of professional projects with a sample size beyond one industry and application
• Design thinking through artifacts such as IA diagrams, annotated wireframes, design comps, and prototypes
• High proficiency in visual design, from typography and color mastery to foundation design principles
• Intermediate English

Nice to have:

• Experience with user research methodologies such as customer interviews, usability testing, surveys, and affinity diagrams
• Experience of working in a team of several UX/UI designers
• Understanding of different UX principles and best UX practice

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and designing features for the cross-functional team
• Interacting with engineers when delivering artefacts to the team
• Enhancing UX and design to existing features
• Completing design reviews on all UX/UI works developed by the cross-functional team
• Negotiating trade-offs between Product Management and Engineering
• Applying user insight, analytical research, best practice, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Understanding user behavior and keeping abreast of modern practices
• Implementing customer feedback that requires design or UX improvement
