We invite an HR Associate to join our team and become a part of the HR department that drives improvements in work processes and social benefits, enhancing team motivation and helping team members to create comfortable environment for their emotional and social well-being. Our HR Managers are the guardians of the company’s mission and goals, carrying out the full cycle of HR processes from a newcomer’s first day until his/her last day with the company. You’ll help us to manage people data, carry out simple HR related tasks, and assist our HR Team in carrying out all company processes. What’s in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to cope with various tasks, including monotonous ones
• Pre-Intermediate English level
• Good communication skills
• Solid understanding of MS Office/Google services

Nice to have:

• General understanding of the IT sphere
• Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a relevant HR/administrative position

Key responsibilities:

• Perform HR administrative tasks
• Report on company processes
• Make documentation checks, communicate with specialists in a written format
• Compile and update contractors’ records
• Track HR data
