Qualifications and experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as IT recruiter
  • Intermediate English
  • Understanding of software development company functions
  • Experience with discussing requirements professionally with hiring teams and potential candidates
  • Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and business correspondence skills
  • Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns

Nice to have:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with the Google suite of products and MS Office tools

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage 3-5 recruitment vacancies simultaneously as full-cycle process
  • Manage recruiting researcher
  • Conduct the interviews, handling and scheduling
  • Maintain data integrity within the ATS
  • Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hire managers and candidates in order to find the best talent
  • Improve recruitment processes
  • Represent Dev.Pro at various conferences and other external events
  • Promote corporate vision and culture and encourage the overall morale of all our contractors
