The client is a large international nonprofit membership organization focused on knowledge sharing and professional development in the field of engineering (USA). You will work on the Salesforce part of the system, collaborating directly with the client’s engineering team
Our team: 5 developers (custom development on several projects), 9 QA engineers

Required skills:
Experience writing Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries
Basic knowledge of LWC (simple components, calling Apex)
Understanding of Flows and when to use declarative vs coded solutions
Basic knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security (CRUD/FLS)
Ability to work with core configuration (validation rules, layouts, profiles, permission sets)
Basic JavaScript knowledge
Experience writing unit tests
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — written and verbal communication
Would be a plus:
Experience with VS Code, Git, Salesforce Extensions
Knowledge of SFDX or Change Sets
Basic understanding of REST API and Apex callouts
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain small to medium features on Salesforce
Write and update Apex classes, triggers, and unit tests
Build and support simple LWC components and Flows
Configure core Salesforce functionality: validation rules, layouts, permissions
Troubleshoot issues in configuration and custom code
Work closely with developers, admins, QA, and product owners
