About projects:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Our Unit consists of 34 people working on 3 projects in the automotive and information tech industries. As a Project Coordinator, you will primarily collaborate with a team of up to 10 people.
Requirements and skills:
- Completed training in courses on Project Management in IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Good at performing administrative duties
- Good Project Management skills
- Strong desire to learn a lot and grow in the IT industry
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking
- Understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban
- Upper-intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
Nice-to-have skills:
- Prior experience in project coordination or management roles in non-IT business
- Familiar with Jira or similar
- Previous experience in IT
- Understanding of basics of software development
- Strong team managing skill
- Experience working with requirements clarification, business analysis of high level requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work with reporting of IT teams, preparation of monthly reports (time logs)
- Check of developers PDP execution
- Track Developers performance ratio (est.h/reported h.)
- Informing as for new & existing policies, admin updates, upcoming tech talk, other company updates, etc
- Holding standup meetings (1 project)
- Preparing Weekly Status Reports (1 project)
- Work with the existing project managers on the improvement of business processes
- Set up of new processes in pair with the existing project managers
- Updating current Project Documentation. Editing and assisting in creating project documentation
- Updating Project KPIs
- Requirements clarification, business analysis of high-level requirements
- Gathering project status updates and data from various team members. This involves effective communication with team members and accuracy in collecting up-to-date information
- Jira maintenance. By PM supervision — managing and maintaining the project tracking tool. This includes adding new tasks, updating their status, monitoring changes, and estimation check
- Variety of tasks: organizational, project-related, and analytical responsibilities
- Teamwork and independent tasks: You will collaborate with different teams to facilitate project progress, as well as you will also handle independent tasks
- Organizing fun-times, team-building, etc

- Salary for the period of the Student Program (3 months) is $300 gross per month (depends on the results of the interview and can be discussed). After successful completion of the Student Program, the salary — $500 gross
