We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for building and scaling outbound lead generation for the US market, with potential involvement in the UK market.
This role is about treating outbound as a systematic growth channel, not a set of one-off campaigns — covering everything from ICP definition and messaging to analytics, pipeline quality, and close alignment with Sales.
What you will do
- Build, launch, and scale outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn) for the US market
- Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP); analyse target accounts and key decision-makers; research ICP pain points and strategic priorities
- Develop outbound messaging, including value propositions, personalised outreach, and multi-step sequences
- Manage outbound tools and infrastructure (email domains, warm-up, deliverability, automation)
- Track and analyse outbound KPIs, optimise the funnel, and work closely with the Sales team to improve pipeline quality
- Implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach
- Book discovery and qualification calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B outbound / lead generation / sales development
- Proven experience working with the US market
- Will be a plus: Fluent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced, C1+)
- Solid understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification processes, and conversion metrics
- Ability to craft personalised outbound messages and manage multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools (Reply.io, Instantly, Expandi, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
- High level of self-organisation and ability to work autonomously
What we offer
- A key role in building and scaling outbound for an international market
- Real ownership and space for decision-making and initiative — not just task execution
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and trust
- Professional growth and continuous team support
- Stock options for contribution to the project for key employees;
- Training and participation in professional events;
- Regular feedback and professional growth prospects;
- Bright corporate events.
