Deus Robotics is a Robot-as-a-Service solution that uses intelligent robots to automate warehouse operations. We help businesses improve operational efficiency and address staff shortages.

We are looking for a Integrator in London who will be responsible for integration, testing of robotic systems at customer sites.

Your role will be critical to the stable operation of our robots and customer infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Visits to sites to integrate and test robotic systems.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance of equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot robotic systems.
• Provide technical support for the operation of robots and the company’s software according to the instructions provided.
• Provide prompt response to incidents and resolve problems.
• Collection, recording and systematization of information from customers regarding malfunctions.
• Communicate customer feedback to the relevant departments of the company.
• Communication with customers and warehouse operators, training them to work with equipment.

Requirements:

Mandatory knowledge of Ukrainian and English Upper-Intermediate.

Technical skills:

• Experience with Linux (preferably at the administrator level).
• Experience in technical support of customers and equipment.
• Ability to quickly find and eliminate malfunctions.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation.

Personal qualities:

• High responsibility and punctuality.
• Discipline, compliance with agreements and internal procedures.
• Communicative skills, ability to explain technical points to client employees.
• Stress tolerance, ability to multitask.
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented.

Work schedule and mobility:

• Required: work at the client’s warehouse in London 5\2.
