Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry in a product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies.
— Working experience with sales, marketing and support vacancies.
— Working experience with international vacancies.
— Strong experience in direct search for IT specialists.
— Strong knowledge of IT recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player.
— Ability to handle multitasking effectively.

— Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position.
— Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards.
— Interact with the Hiring Manager on position requirements and other related aspects.
— Coordinating and conducting interviews, writing feedback, communication with decision makers.
— Communicate clear expectations of the recruiting process including interview, offer, background and onboarding.
— Involvement in writing complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements.
— Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation as well as coaching through the hiring process.
— Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates.
