Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar
At least 3 years of marketing analytics experience
In-depth understanding of paid campaign optimization practices
Full proficiency in MS Excel, SQL knowledge will be an advantage
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify insights through data analysis
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a results-drive business environment.
Strong knowledge of web analytics software (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika)
Building reports and dashboards
Traffic analysis and optimization
Experience working with Google BigQuery, MP and Enhanced Ecommerce
Primary source and resource for marketing analytics including web, social, email, and cross-platform reporting
Collaborate with all departments defining metrics, KPIs, dashboards, reports, etc.
Collaborate on testing and optimization efforts (A|B tests, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.)
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics and experiment results
Be the data and analytical lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
Show high sense of judgment, urgency and ownership over projects.
