Depositphotos is looking for an experienced Support Manager. You will participate with a multifunctional marketing team towards increasing revenue and growing Depositphotos brand presence in US and European markets.
Responsibilities:
—Handle and promptly resolve support requests from clients via tickets (Zendesk),social media (Facebook, Twitter), chat, email;
—Cooperate with the marketing and QA teams to resolve the issues from customers;
—Ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
—Write for and maintain articles in Vista’s Help Center (knowledge base);
—Provide your insights & recommendations to improve our customer support team and its processes;
—Maintain a deep understanding of company’s product and be able to deliver a persuasive speech about our benefits.
Requirements:
—Ability to work by shifts: Morning shift (8AM-5PM); Day (5PM-12AM); Night (12AM-8AM) Monday through Friday;
—Ability to take 3 shifts Monday through Friday (any day) and 2 shifts per weekend (Saturday and Sunday);
—Experience in the customer-facing role 1+ year;
—Strong written and spoken English;
—The natural instinct to empathize with the user, customer-oriented attitude;
—Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
—Ability to explain complex things in plain language;
—Expertise and ability to find out the route of the issue quickly (can Google info and use it to troubleshoot).
