Depositphotos is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to drive our marketing strategy in both consumer and business segments. You will lead a multifunctional marketing team towards increasing revenue and growing Depositphotos brand presence in US and European markets.
Required experience and skills:
— 5+ years of experience managing a team of over 20 people.
— Experience overseeing
— Understanding the difference between B2C and B2B marketing, are able to effectively deliver the required message to a target audience.
— International experience — working with the US and European markets to build distribution for B2C product.
— Proven ability to initiate and drive cross-functional initiatives.
— Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify patterns and find opportunities for acquisition, retention, and LTV growth.
— Understanding tenets and approaches to creating business-to-customer communications and high-impact marketing activation campaigns.
— You are result-oriented, comfortable with autonomy, and able to make things happen.
— Leader and team player, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
— Advanced level of English
Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy, overseeing organic and paid acquisition, CRM, product, and brand marketing.
— Plan, develop and launch brand marketing projects to grow Depositphoto’s brand presence in target markets.
— Initiate and execute activation campaigns and suggest improvements to grow organic traffic, affiliate, and PPC channels, as well as improve efficiency.
— Lead Go-To-Market activities by structuring promotion, pricing, and campaign activations to introduce new products and services.
— Suggest A/B tests to improve onboarding, activation, monetization, and pricing that impact bottom-line KPIs.
— Be a thought leader for the existing marketing team and bring on-board new marketing talents to deliver world-class performance.
— Suggest new creative growth strategies based on data, customer, and market insights.
— Planning and implementing direct marketing approaches including personalization of messages, customer profiling, and segmentation.
