— Lead a team of software engineers by example and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects
— Build eCommerce application features quickly and efficiently
— Lead code reviews and knowledge transfers between developers have regular 1:1s with developers
— Improve Mira Commerce development tooling and workflows
— Actively contribute to team and company project management and engineering standards
— Write clear and concise engineering specifications and requirements for engineers to follow (translate business requirements)
— Create a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team
— Provide technical leadership and directly manage and grow a team of engineers
— Be an on-demand resource of knowledge for technical teams
— Produce software development estimations / LOEs on assigned projects
— Manage re-use of existing BigCommerce solutions
— Perform solution performance analysis and provide dev guidance
— Monitor project team technical performance
