Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business streams.
• Consolidate and control company budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Oversee management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable financial standards.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments to support business decisions.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and business initiatives.
• Coordinate internal financial audits and support tax planning and optimization.
• Lead and support the finance team, driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or Lead Finance Manager.
• Strong academic background in financial management and accounting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting standards.
• Experience managing finances across multiple business streams or legal entities.
• Previous experience in IT, SaaS, or iGaming companies (iGaming is highly preferred).
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems and modern financial tools.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in international or multi-jurisdictional companies.
• Experience with tax planning and corporate structuring.
• Background in fast-growing or startup environments.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or similar.
