Description
We are building our partner invoicing process from scratch and looking for a hands-on Invoice & Billing Specialist to own the full order-to-cash cycle — from issuing invoices to cash hitting our account.
We are launching our first products in July 2025 and entering active partner relationships at scale. This is not a role for someone who needs a ready-made system. You will build the process yourself, set the standards, and own the result.
If you understand how invoicing works from the inside and are ready to take full ownership — this role is for you.

Requirements

• 1+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
• Solid understanding of the order-to-cash cycle
• Hands-on experience with billing or ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret contracts independently to identify invoicing triggers
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and international settlements
• English — B1
• Proactive ownership mindset — builds and improves processes without waiting for instructions
• High attention to detail with ability to manage large transaction volumes

Responsibilities

• Build the end-to-end invoicing process from scratch, including templates, schedules, and tooling
• Issue accurate and timely invoices to partners based on contract terms
• Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts independently
• Reconcile received payments against invoices and bank statements
• Maintain AR reporting and flag risks and discrepancies proactively
• Document SOPs ( Document Standard Operating Procedures) and establish control checkpoints for the full billing cycle
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners on all billing-related matters
• Resolve disputes, discrepancies, and clarification requests promptly

Nice to have

• Experience building an AR or invoicing process from scratch in a startup or early-stage company
• Background in iGaming, SaaS, or high-volume B2B billing environments
• Familiarity with crypto payments and fiat-to-crypto reconciliation
