What is important for us in the current position:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of IT (including the understanding of programming languages ​​and frameworks);
• Experience in recruitment on the European market;
• Experience in successfully closing various vacancies, incl. Middle/Senior/TOP level vacancies;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to listen and hear;
• Responsibility and care;
• Own up-to-date tools for searching for candidates;
• Interviewing skills, including competency-based interviews;
• Upper Intermediate+ English level.
  
  It will also be great if you have:
• The ability to see hidden risks in candidates and clearly formulate them to the customer of the vacancy;
• Motivational skills — you know how to make a candidate fall in love with our company and project;
• Optimism and sense of humor :)
  
  What are you going to do:
• Conduct an analysis of the labor market: a cut by average wages, the number of potential candidates, etc.;
• Develop, improve, publish selling vacancy texts and post them on job sites and other resources to search for specialists;
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates and draw up a review based on the results of the meeting (according to the candidate’s competencies and risks);
• Transfer suitable candidates to the second stage of the interview and attend them;
• Conduct a direct search for candidates (in Europe and Ukraine), as well as search for candidates “cold” in the resume database;
• Build long-term relationships with candidates;
• Compile and sign a job offer with the candidate;
• Conduct analytics of your work on projects.
