Technical Product Manager (вакансія неактивна)

• 2+ years of experience with server-side development (Java preferred, scalability and high-availability)
• 3+ years of managing teams or products
• Good understanding of business goals and priorities
• Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools
• Product Owner experience with agile methodologies (Scrum strongly desired)
• Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements
• Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating / prioritizing conflicting requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience of communication with foreign partners
• Adequate level of English

• Experience working on products with thousands of users
• Familiar with the gaming / forex / finance industry
• Familiar with CMSs (wordpress, jomla, etc)
• Building user journey and amazing UX flows
• Team leading experience

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create prioritized valuable backlog
• Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great effective solutions
• Synchronize with other Product’s across the organization to provide successful deliveries
• Promote Continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs and user behavior
