RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement new features and enhance the existing platform using advanced software development practices and methodologies, focusing on the Platform Enabler team’s key areas of responsibility such as IAM/OIDC, Kafka, Postgres, API Contracts, Workflow Engines, and Spring
• Participate in the requirement engineering process to identify and discuss new features, improvements, and bugs within an agile environment
• Collaborate with other teams at CRX Markets to identify and resolve production issues, while maintaining a deep understanding of the technologies employed by the Platform Enabler team
• Perform high- and low-level design, provide pseudo codes, implement prototypes, and conduct reviews, applying DevOps strategies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Support and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance

SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise stack (Spring or similar)
• Expert on enterprise stack (Spring or similar) with a solid understanding of Agile and Lean principles:
  
  • Deep knowledge of the Spring Framework (DI, Web, Security, etc.)
  • Experience with IAM/OIDC, Kafka, and Postgres
  • Expertise in REST Web services, API Contracts, and Workflow Engines
  • Containers and orchestration (Docker, K8s, etc.)
  • Architectural patterns (microservices, message queues, integration, etc.)
• Excellent programming aptitude, ability for logical and abstract thinking
• Team player with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast — paced company
• Nice to have:
  
  • Proficiency with JavaScript frontend stack is a plus (React, AngularJS, etc.)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
