Senior Java / Kotlin Android developer (вакансія неактивна)

Perimeter 81 as part of CheckPoint Software Technologies is looking for a Senior Java / Kotlin Android developer to team developing platform in cybersecurity and SaaS for simplifying network security for the modern and distributed workforce by transforming the outdated, complex, hardware-based network security technologies of the past into one unified, easy-to-use, and scalable software solution. You will be part of multi-national distributed team responsible for multiple desktop and mobile device agents.

Join to our international team with offices in Tel-Aviv and Vinnytsia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop scalable and secure agents on the Android platform
• Research and POC new technologies
• Work with developers from other agent teams and with backend teams
• Initiate and innovate to promote business needs

SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in Java / Kotlin development for Android.
• Solid understanding of Android framework SDK.
• Knowledge of Android architecture & design guidelines.
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHTTP3, RxJava, RxAndroid, coroutines.
• Nice to have
  
  • Networking knowledge (IP / TCP / UDP stack, VPN, SSL bumping).
• Good understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
