We are looking for R&D C# .NET Team Leader who will join to our international team with offices in Tel-Aviv and Vinnytsia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a SCRUM team while still coding ~40% — 50%
• Mange, plan and develop new API infrastructure for our product suite.
• Plan, manage and execute load tests to validate new APIs performance and stability
• Provide the team technical assistance by performing root cause analysis to improve APIs performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
• Discover and develop new technologies and lead architecture solutions design
• Be part of the R&D management team reporting to the R&D Manager
• Hire, train and build a team of top talent engineers
• Performing Code Reviews
• Produce quality products on time to meet our business goals and deliver high quality, secure, stable and high-performance product
• Team processes, quality, and deliveries.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on team leader of 3-5 developers
• Proven management experience in building and leading a winning development team.
• Experience with Web API
• Experience with Micro services architecture
• Experience with development in the cloud environment (AWS / Azure)
• Deep understanding of Object-oriented design principles
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
