Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing R&D center in Kyiv and looking for talents to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding and coaching the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
• Supporting, helping, and coaching the Development Team and Product Owner in practicing their roles
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Planning and advising Scrum implementations
• Removing impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Facilitating collaboration between employees and stakeholders
• Resolving conflict situations

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Familiarity with the Scrum framework and its roles, events, and artifacts
• Basic understanding of Agile principles and values
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and iterative development processes
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (Jira)
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate effective team collaboration
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Ability to identify and resolve minor impediments or blockers faced by the Scrum Team
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in the Scrum Master role
• Upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban or Lean)
• Familiarity with software development practices and technologies
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master)
• Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., quality assurance)
• Experience with OKRs or SMART goals
