Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and coach the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
• Support, help and coach the Development Team and Product Owner in practising their roles
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Planning and advising Scrum implementations
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Facilitating collaboration between employees and stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience working as a full-time Scrum Master
• Good understanding of SCRUM methodology
• Understanding of Agile Principles
• Perfect knowledge of software development life cycle and process
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Confluence
• Customer and result-oriented
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level (written and spoken)
