Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• To provide HR policy guidance and its interpretation
• To maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace
• To run data checks and ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date and that all queries are answered promptly in a timely fashion
• To provide onboarding support for new hires and often work alongside other teams, including Recruitment
• To administrate health and benefits plans and serve as liaisons between employees and insurance provide
• To update HR system Operations
• To make sure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly
• Team events (arrangements and coordination)
• To manage full-cycle on-boarding process to ensure all new hires have everything they need
• To manage new employee documents, offer letters, contracts
• To lead teams through people issues and people programs including compensation, talent development, performance, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years on a similar role HR Generalist/HRBP/People Partner
• Hands-on experience in implementing HR processes and procedures related to employees
• Experience in working with HRIS
• A clear understanding of major HR and retention metrics
• Previous experience in IT companies
• Experience in providing HR support for teams with a headcount of 30+
• Understanding of business priorities
• Excellent and proven organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level and higher
