Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the accelerator and manage the core team.
• Liaise with local external legal, financial, and service providers as required.
• Set up and maintain systems for finance, legal, compliance, and reporting.
• Support the growth of startups and accelerator activities.
• Help establish efficient processes for startups to operate within the programme.
• Build and manage relationships with local and international partners and primes
for startups.
• Work closely with Ukraine’s defence sector and Ministry of Defence contacts.
• Provide management with regular reports and operational updates.

Qualifications:
• Experience with running or growing startups, incubators, or accelerators.
• Strong connections within Ukraine’s defence sector and Ministry of Defence.
• Proven ability to manage team operations and implement processes.
• Knowledge of financial, legal, and compliance systems.
• Ability to work with both Ukrainian and international partners.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
