Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, implementing web applications, and ensuring that all elements of web creation are consistent. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. Your first and primary project will be an adaptive testing platform, creating high-quality experience and features such as Analytics, interfaces, and AI integration. You will be working with a team of highly distinguished experts in their field with long tenures at GMAT Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly web applications.
• Collaborate with the design and back-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure high performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI and functionality issues.

Qualifications:

• Able to work remotely; self-starter; responsible
• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer (5+ years).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with build tools like Grunt.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processing platforms like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity of working with Yii or Yii2 frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with integrating ChatGPT and AI interaction components
