An investment consortium specialized in disruptive technologies (biotech, AI, fintech) is looking for an IT Project Admin
Administrative functions:
— Designing and signing off on contracts
— Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
— Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
— Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
— Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
— Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
— Assist in online business tasks (eg: internet research)
— Facilitating communications between supervisor and employees
— Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
— Track project costs in order to meet budget
— Managing relationships with employees and stakeholders
Necessary skills:
— At least 1 year experience in IT Product company
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Google Drive, internet browsing
— Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
— Fluent command of English
— Probable overtimes
