Потрібні навики:
— Your level of English Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— 1,5 + years experience in a recruiting position (with IT positions);
— Experience in using different searching tools;
— Experience in conducting interviews and communication skills;
— Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
Обов’язки:
— Sourcing of candidates using various techniques and all available recruitment tools;
— Conducting an initial interview;
— Work closely with technical managers to deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
— Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining positive Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment process;
— Coordinate hiring activities: screen resumes and prospects, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation;
