Within the eCommerce team, you will optimize the traffic on www.decathlon.ua to increase online sales. It will be close cooperation with our current agencies (Performance & SEO one).
— Advanced knowledge of: GA, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio etc;
— Strong analytical skills;
— A/B testing experience;
— Middle knowledge of SEO (Serpstat, Semrush etc);
— CMS experience (Prestashop 1.7, Tilda etc.);
— Direct Marketing experience;
— Good understanding of eCommerce overall;

1. Performance Marketing part (main) :
— Track, monitor and optimize performance campaign to get traffic volumes;
— Identify areas of improvement on www.decathlon.ua and use SEO techniques to improve rankings;
— Propose content recommendations based on A/B tests and analytics;
— Close cooperation with the eCommerce team and our agencies
2. Analytics part (main):
— Develop KPIs to track the performance of growth online sales;
— Analyze and identify consumer purchase trends and launch key campaigns;
— Develop reporting systems and dashboards to track the performance: weekly / monthly (Google Data Studio);
— Prepare ideas for increasing numbers of conversion.
3. Web merchandising part:
— Implement A/B testing to improve conversion.
4. Other projects:
— Set up analytics and maintaining Direct marketing campaigns (emails / Push notifications);
— Decathlon membership (Loyalty program);
