De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the market adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP).

Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for GROW with SAP;
— Identify and engage potential clients, educating them on the benefits of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud;
— Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, warming up prospects for direct sales;
— Collaborate with SAP, partners, and internal sales teams to drive market penetration;
— Organize and lead workshops, presentations, and events to generate interest;
— Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities;
— Support presales efforts, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team;
— Provide feedback to SAP and internal teams on customer needs and market demand.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Presales in SAP solutions or ERP software;
— Proven track record in market development and solution positioning;
— Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, GROW with SAP, and cloud ERP trends;
— Strong network within mid-market and enterprise clients;
— Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
— Ability to drive long-term client engagement and prepare customers for ERP transformation;
— Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

Language Requirements:
English — B2/C1 (fluent professional communication required).
